Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be processed on the next day. Orders will not be processed on weekends and will be processed on Monday at the beginning of the work week. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customize the following: The Complete Man is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Complete Man is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
