Refund and Returns Policy

At The Complete World Grooming Co., customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unopened and unused.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email us at thecompleteworld@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used grooming products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
